After 8 seasons the OSFL sees another great OSFL Superbowl game. The 2 time Champion Finless Browns take on the founding Hurricanes in this years Superbowl. The defensive battle was incredible to watch as the Hurricanes edge the Browns 45-35 final. Bragging rights now belong to the 2 time OSFL World Champion Hurricanes.

O S F L History 2004-2012

The Old School Football League was established in August of 2004. The leagues name came from a comedy movie "Old School". An over aged guy decides to start a frat and asks his friends to join. Will Ferrel who stars in the movie always has a open invitation to play. "Ear Muffs", Will, "Ear Muffs". The ideas for the game itself were re-invented from a school game that most guys have either played or seen. The OSFL version of the game and rules has evolved over the years to become a sport that has strategy as well as a degree of dexterity. From 2004-2006 the league played every game straight-up offense and 2007-present the league has played with defense as well. The invention of a defense by John has made the league even more challenging for a much higher level of play. Teams now in the league have to think more plays ahead than in earlier years. The league isn't for everyone, its tough to win a game, let alone to have a winning season. Still the league is about having fun no matter how competitive it might get at times. & it does get competitive. Winning the Championship Trophy is the passion that has driven the league for 9 years.

When you belong to the OSFL everything you do on a Game Day is entirely up to you. This is not Fantasy Football where you have to rely on some millionaire contracted player to win for you. If one T.D. stands between your team and the OSFL Playoffs, you have to score it. If a field goal should mean winning the OSFL SuperBowl Championship; then you attempt it. This is the Old School Football League!

Knights- in 2010 become the only undefeated regular season team at 3-0-0 to win a SuperBowl Championship in OSFL SuperBowl VII.

Hurricanes- are a 2 time SuperBowl Championship team with wins in OSFL SuperBowl V 2008 & OSFL SuperBowl VIII in 2011.

Finless Browns- are a 2 time SuperBowl Championship team with wins in OSFL SuperBowl II 2005 and OSFL SuperBowl III in 2006.

Finless Browns- only team in history to win back to back OSFL SuperBowls in 2005 and 2006.

Hitmen- the 2009 Hitmen win OSFL SuperBowl VI with the best season record in history of "14-2-0".

Finless Browns- the 2006 Browns win OSFL SuperBowl III with the worst season record in history of "5-11-0".

BackBreakers- in 2004 the BackBreakers forfeit their first 4 games do to injury and go onto win OSFL SuperBowl I with a "6-10-0" record.

Hurricanes- win three consecutive Division Titles from 2004-2006. The Hurricanes regular season record in those three years was 38-5-5.

Rockets- only team in history to win back to back OSFL ToiletBowl Championships in 2005 and 2006.

Rhino Blue- in the 2005 season the Rhino Blue start out at 1-7. They end Season at 8-8 to make OSFL Playoffs, OSFL Divisional Championship and go on to OSFL SuperBowl II in their rookie year.

Hurricanes/BackBreakers- in the 2005 OSFL Divisional Championship play 7 overtimes. It was agreed that it was the toughest game ever played by either team.

Hurricanes- in 2008 become the first team in OSFL history to score 49 points. The most points scored in one game. Team Schmef decided to end the game on a safety, but forgot the rule had been changed that year. No games can end on a safety. The Hurricanes scored another TD to end the game.

Wizards- in 2008 become the first OSFL team to score on a Interception. The Interception return was also a game winning touchdown. In 2011 the Wizards do it again by scoring a complete 14 point Interception Rule during their OSFL WildCatBowl IV victory.

Highlanders- in their 2008 WildCard Playoff game score the first complete Interception return by scoring a perfect 14 points. This Interception return resulted in a lopsided victory of 45-20 F.

Falbo Field- on December 4, 2011 the OSFL sets a league record by playing 14 regular seasons games, 2 playoff games and 3 Championship games.
